The “NewsPortal.com” is an international independent platform of general purpose providing fresh news covering range of topics and multiple categories and and grants easy access to them (collectively the “Portal” or “website”). The Portal is owned and developed by WebCodin. (“WebCodin”, “we” or “us”). WebCodin is a web development sub-division of Riff Point LLC providing complex Custom & CMS based solutions.

WebCodin reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, you agree that WebCodin Parties shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation the website.


5. Warranties, Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

This website includes links to other websites. WebCodin is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any changes or updates to such sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by WebCodin of any linked site.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WebCodin and WebCodin parties from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Portal; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the website.

7. Procedure for Notifying the Company of Copyright Infringement

These Terms constitute the entire and only Terms and Conditions between WebCodin and each user of the Portal with respect to the subject matter of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions will not be affected.
The failure of the WebCodin Parties to insist upon strict adherence to any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such term and shall not be considered a waiver or limit that party’s right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term contained in these Terms.  You may not assign your obligations or rights under this Agreement to another entity or individual.
No action arising out of this Terms or your use of the Portal, regardless of form or the basis of the claim, may be brought by you more than one (1) year after the cause of action has arisen (or if multiple causes, from the date the first such cause arose).
